SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders will be sent out via Australia post. We will endeavour to send everything within 12hrs to 48hrs. There might be a slight delay in shipping if something needs to be ordered in or is out of stock. We will notify you of the delays when they occur.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200. For orders under $200, choose between 2 options. $9.95 for standard parcel post or $14.95 for express post.
Items will be packed discreetly to ensure your privacy. All items will be shipped to the address specified in the cart. Please be very specific in your notes if you would like otherwise. Also, you will have the option to allow the parcel to be left at the premises if no one is available to accept it - please note if this option is ticked then we cannot be responsible for anything that occurs after the item is dispatched from our pharmacy.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you find any part of your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Where possible, we will endeavour to replace the item, otherwise you will receive a refund on your purchase.
If you change your mind about a purchased item, it can be returned within 30 days of dispatch for an exchange only. We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.
If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the plastic wrapping still intact. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
